Excellent service at a reasonable price! I highly recommend using CMS for your coffee machine service. I've been taking my 'Expobar' machine there for a few years and I've never been disappointed.
Be careful that you go to the correct shop - there is another repair shop within 50 metres that don't seem to look after their customers very well (judging by their Google reviews).

I assess customer service when an interaction doesn't go right . Rather than take the opportunity to listen to me, the repair man at Caxton st accused me of doing something I didn't do and charged $220 to remove a piece of rubber. I had previously spent $700 on a service there.
If listening, honesty and value for money is important to you, consider your other options carefully.
