I have been a customer of Snooze Windsor for over 10 years and have always found it to be a well-run store with quality and good value products. We just purchased the Henley bed frame as pictured, which is very good quality and better than it appears online. There were some major hiccups with the sales and delivery process, but they were resolved straight away by the store manager, Ben, whom I cannot credit enough for understanding his products, retail and customer service, and by the responsive warehouse and delivery teams. Well done.

We bought the Windsor bed frame and I’m very disappointed with the quality. Not only we had to wait more than 6weeks for it to be delivered after we were supposed to receive it within 2 weeks . When it showed up the quality of timber is really low with untidy fabric work and a tare. With almost as many pieces as an Ikea furniture to assemble.

We bought a Sealy mattress here and I have to say we are very happy with it. It is so comfortable. The in store service was amazing and delivery of the mattress was so quick and as promised. We required some repair to it unfortunately and I have to say the after sales service is unbelievable. The bed was back to us the same day it was collected by two lovely, polite gentlemen and was returned even better than expected. I can’t recommend enough. Thank you Snooze Windsor!

I bought some mattress’, bases and bedheads from Ben at Snooze Windsor. The service is exceptional, very well priced, quality products. If you want quality products that are reasonably priced with professional service see the guys at Windsor and they’ll look after you. They don’t do cheap stuff that falls apart and they’ll look after you if any issues, like the good old days. Highly recommend.
