Calling them about an AKG mic problem... I tried their technical section from their menu, but no answer after 5 minutes. Called again to try getting an operator, took 10 minutes before they answered. Their answer to my question is that they don't handle microphones from AKG and they gave me an email address to write. I asked for a phone number instead and they don't have one.

I'm very surprised by this. You call AKG Australia about an AKG product and they can't help you and the place that does doesn't have a phone number.
