Very disappointing and extremely poor customer service I had here tonight just 15mins before their closing from one person in particular and it wasn’t even busy yet still the job wasn’t completed correctly which was a fax request. Fortunately boring and bad service isn’t too common but very noticeable when it does manifest and this particular staff member I had deal with, unsurprisingly she seems to be mentioned here in some of these other reviews. I pity the poor thing who doesn’t get it and prefers to stay miserable.

Had a positive experience at this store. Went on a Monday night, store was lively but not too busy. We received really helpful service in buying a printer for our home. Thank you to Will who we think was the store manager ( you should be!), you went above and beyond. This sort of customer service is rare! Much appreciated!

I recently visited Officeworks Five Dock and had an outstanding experience. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, going out of their way to assist me with my purchases. I was impressed with the wide range of products available, from office supplies to tech gadgets. The checkout process was quick and efficient, and the prices were competitive. Overall, a fantastic one-stop-shop for all your office and school needs. Highly recommended!

Very poor Customer service, do not bother to make the trip. I came in first thing this morning (there was hardly any customers in the store) needing to get some binding done. I was served by a lady with long black hair who gave me attitude and refused to do my binding, she told me to come back at 1 o'clock because she was the only one there, I then looked over and could see another 2 staff just chatting at the counter. Couldn't even do a 10 minute job. Waste of my time. Do better.

This is my local Office Works and I love it too. I can say friendly staff everything is neat and tidy and in the right aisles, staff always offering to help which is a good thing. Only downfall is service needs to be a bit more quicker also more staff on instead of customers queuing up in long lines at the desks. I love all their services they provide happy to come their prices they charge are reasonable and quality.

Absolutely disgraceful service (or, Total NO service!) @ this store. I waited 45 minutes to order some large printing, during that wait I watched the girls supposed to be working all chatting together, totally ignoring all customers. I also read all the reviews on the store & agree with them . Ended up leaving store as no sign of getting my order taken. Management should read the reviews & act on them.
As a follow up, I went to Kwik Kopy in Five Dock. Wonderful service, extremely helpful & they offered ideas to improve my printing job. Fast, excellent, helpful service & great price.
Highly recommend them over officeworks every time.

Don't go to this store for a passport photo. I did it for convenience but the photo wasn't even accepted by the Australian Passport Office. Issue with editing and background lighting. Waste of money and time. Lesson learned. Just go to Australia Post, they have the experience and know what they're doing.

This is my local Officeworks, I've been using it for about ten years now. I've always found service here to be helpful, informed, genuine and - except when super busy - prompt. Other reviews that talk about staff chatting together instead of serving customers - I've never seen it. In my experience they try hard to deploy staff to where there are long lines or other signs of pinchpoints.
