Two fantastic experiences with this company! Upon ordering I proactively received useful information by email, written by a real human (credit to Nigel!) rather than some automated fluff. The units themselves are super easy to mount and connect up, very subtle and quite cost effective for a large two-storey house. Recently when my house painters managed to ruin one of my ceiling mounts, I reached out to Nigel who generously mailed a replacement to me for free, before I could even ask how to go about ordering it! Very happy to recommend these guys and their products.

I needed Interconnected smoke alarms to meet new Qld legislation and while researching came across IPESA, I initially contacted Nigel with questions to ensure compliance and he was very helpful and quick to respond. I randomly found these on line while researching fire alarms for an investment property. They were priced competitively so I thought I'd try them rather than go to the expense of installing a hard wired system. I couldn't be happier. Much cheaper than a hard wired system while meeting Australian Standards and new legislation requirements. My electrician is very particular and difficult to impress - an excellent trait for an electrician - but even he was impressed, detailing to me how easy installation was, and how much better these were than anything he'd seen previously. I have now purchased more alarms for my other house and to fit a friend's house. Great service too.
