I found Bhavin and his team very helpful with personalised service. They packed my x2 large glass framed pictures for me. Then I asked them hold my items (T chest sized box and frames) on site due to my changed travel arrangements. I was called to advise when my delivery was due in Sydney - but I needed to split the shipment x1 to Sydney and x1 to Melbourne.
This was no issue for the team and both shipments arrived OK and on time. The tracking feature was good as well.

I share my story and my experience with Mount Gravatt Pack & Send. Please read carefully before you do business with this guys. On March 2023 I went there to send some goods to USA, About 148KG. However my plan cancelled. I paid $854 for packaging. They told me I can leave my good in the storage room until I can send the goods, with very cheap storage fee $5-10 per week. In May 2024 I arranged to send goods to IRAN through different shipping company. I received an email from Mount Gravatt Pack & Send an invoice $2860. They charged me $55 per week for storage. On the email they told me if I don’t pay the amount they will keep the goods and sale goods in auction. I told them I can’t pay that amount of money. Finally they told me pay $2200 and they will release my goods immediately. I paid $2200 to the business account. The owner called me and said, why I paid money to his business account? He transferred money to my bank account and told me to transfer money to his Personal Bank Account! I transferred the money to his personal account. He promised me release my goods immediately but released the goods 5 days later. I’m so regretful to did business with this guys. I wish never walk in there. I never ever going back there and never recommend to anyone.

The lady working there was very helpful because that was my first time sending stuff home to my family in Tonga. My family received all the wedding packages early without any issues. So the weight of the box we send was under the 30kg box was around $700ish if anyone is curious but it's best to contact them.
