Bloody Brilliant. Absolutely exceptional customer service from Jace. He has been an absolute superstar from my first point of contact with him. If you are considering a shipping container to relocate, I highly recommend you give Jace at Boxmate a call. From initial delivery to Brisbane, uplift once packed, and then arrival into Mackay and subsequent delivery out to Sarina—it has been the smoothest process possible. Jace kept me informed every step of the way. If I could give Jace (and Boxmate) 10 stars I would.

Our shipping container arrived in perfect order, and not a single thing had moved during the travels, which is a testament to the carriers Boxmate contract as well as my husband's packing and securing skills. Moving is a stressful experience and using Boxmate for this process has been one of the best decisions I've made.

My experience with Boxmate was a bit of an up and down ride, however the issues were genuine and they handled it in a professional manner, Lloyd was great to deal with and very understanding with some of my concerns, all was resolved and I was happy, I would recommend the company based on the end result.
