You need to increase production of Ozempic. I had to travel over an hour to find a chemist that stocked the product after phoning 7 pharmacies. Not good at all. Tried 3 today without any luck.

Bring along a great product for diabetics and then fail to deliver it month after month. Ridiculous. You just get started on the new meds and they are working then bam there is no supply. Cant wait for other companies to start marketing the same drug, Then we can all go back to our nomal stress free lives. Its a big fail from me. And dont be telling people to leave their script with the pharmacy and they will order it ....what do you think we are doing

Terrible management of your products. Limited restricted supply for 7 months and now you have stopped supply altogether for another 5 months. Duty of care is not shown towards your clients at all. You’ve had plenty of time to address the situation, now hundred of thousands of people are being put under extreme mental and physical decline due to your lack of care!

I'm a bandit for losing my pens. I spoke to the ladies in Baulkham Hills and they had a replacement pen ready to go in 10 minutes. Fantastic customer service and super nice people!

I changed to other and better brand now.

FIASP As a Type 1 IDDM of over 40 years I have recently transferred from Novorapid to Fiasp. My control has been the worst it has been in years. For a product marketed as being the quickest fast acting insulin to take affect, my personal experience is that Fiasp does not live up to the hype.
