【Don’t buy here. Defective container】
sale person was JJ.

Container doors are both distorted as attachment. We can’t even close it. The cold air keeps coming out, so the electric cost becomes increased.

I asked to fix it. They arranged repair without asking us which date was available for us, and that date was the day we were out of the warehouse.

They didn’t rearrange anymore, and they keep ignoring our message.

So the door problem has never fixed.

Extremely happy from start to end with the services provided by Kelly and Sam. I was very apprehensive due to the lack of google reviews and so many google articles on container scams. Kelly understood my concerns and ensured I was well informed through the whole process and went above and beyond ensuring she touched bade with me up until delivery and then through pick up, transport, drop off and return of the container. Highly recommend BoxMate. Co tainer was in decent condition with a bit of rust but sound structure and no moisture issues. Great timely service, communication and delivery of our container with all our goods in one piece. Would use them again if needed. The drop off and pick up companies used were both friendly and accommodating and the pricing was fair and competitive. Thanks again!
