The consultation was basically someone reading aloud from a piece of paper I had already received when I purchased the package and booked the appointment. I’m perfectly capable of reading myself and didn’t need to sit through someone slowly reciting it back to me. I was 5 minutes late, which was my fault, and no service was provided as a result (however I did call beforehand that I was in the building but having a lot of difficulty finding parking as it was a pub hol). I rushed over as soon as I could and I was told the actual service would only take 10 minutes, yet the ‘consultation’ ended up lasting 10 minutes, adding no value and consisting solely of the lady reading from the paper. I would have appreciated it if the consultation had been more meaningful. I even mentioned to the staff that the information sounded identical to the document I had already received and read, but they continued at an agonizingly slow pace, as if to fill the time rather than make any effort to provide the service I had booked.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I’m incredibly disappointed, especially since I’m now stuck with a package I deeply regret purchasing. I was advised by the staff member that none of my prepaid service would be deducted for this consult so I hope she’s right.

I purchased some peeling packages during Black Friday in 2024, and it’s now January 2025, yet I haven’t even received a call to book my appointment. I was told I would hear back within two weeks after using the even serum, but that hasn’t happened.
I joined this company 10 years ago but left due to poor customer service and switched to a different brand. I decided to give it another chance, hoping the service had improved, but I’m disappointed to see that neither the customer service nor the staff has changed. Even basic politeness seems to be missing from their approach. I expected a much better experience this time around.

I made an appointment for last Thursday but had to cancel in advance, so I replied to the message accordingly.
On the day of the appointment, I kept calling the store, but no one answered, so I assumed it was closed
I had booked one Brazilian and full leg , but the next day, I noticed one Brazilian and two full leg had been canceled.
I just hope to have the session I purchased reinstated
