They did such a brilliant job! I dropped off 2 pairs of linen pants to be hemmed and it took them less than 1.5 hours. The pants were hemmed perfectly. Very quick turnaround, friendly service and exceptional workmanship. Highly recommend! 😊

Had a really bad experience bringing my jacket here for alterations—it was way overpriced for what I got.

The guy at the front desk had a poor attitude the whole time. When I went to pick up my jacket at the agreed time, he told me the pin had come off and asked me to come back the next day because “they” didn’t pin it right. But he’s actually the one who pinned it, so if anyone messed up, it was him. Plus, I had told them I needed it by that time for a work event. They had a couple of days to finish it, and no one even called to give me a heads-up. I ended up waiting in the mall for an extra hour, and I didn’t even get an apology.

While I was there, I saw another customer picking up her dress go through the same thing. They couldn’t find her dress and told her to come back the next day. When she said she needed it that day, the guy actually told her to go into the back and look for it herself. Again, no apology.

Wouldn't recommend this place. The tailoring itself is okay, but for the price, you can definitely find way better service elsewhere.

Highly DON’T recommend these guys. Took my suit here to get dry cleaned and came back with plenty of holes and marks. Took it back to ask what the go was and they said it wasn’t them nor was it the dry cleaner (as they get it cleaned else where). Told me the holes were there before cleaning but I can guarantee they were not as I wore it the week before, they even agreed with me that they would’ve seen the holes upon first look at the suit. Tried to tell me it was bugs but I have no holes in the suit bag or any other clothes. Told me this never happens then proceeded to tell me about a wedding dress they had cleaned that can back with similar and even worse issues. In the end wouldn’t refund me nor would they try to fix these holes and over all the suit is ruined

Overpriced for small adjustments to length of pants. And inconvenient quality of service as I needed to come back 3 times to get simple shortening done. Poor attention to detail on making lengths equal. And little compensation for the effort of having to return for services already paid for but incomplete. Unsatisfied with quality of tailoring.
