I’m super impressed with having purchased my first Australian made Microphone by RODE - NT1 5th Generation & it’s a beauty. Easy to use, simply plug in, download firmware great addition to my home studio & Logic Pro X DAW. Highly recommend definitely compatible with M1 technology compared to my other microphones that were struggling all the way.

Literally the MOST consumer friendly company I have ever dealt with. Incredibly fast response time on their customer support line which is so refreshing I had some issues with a Mic, and they promptly assisted me with shipping it to their repairs team. I had a new mic back to my door within two weeks, best part was not having to pester and hassle them,m. Can’t praise this enough there are to many company’s out there that f##k over their consumers in cases like this.

I had the privilege of working at Rode a couple of years ago, and I must say it was a fantastic company to be a part of. Although I'm not sure if he still works there, his leadership and guidance allowed me to learn and grow professionally. I gained valuable knowledge and skills during my tenure.

Rode has a great reputation for its microphones and is Australian. They provide a 10 year warranty on their products that can be applied for online at anytime. My NT1-A had an intermittent problem: I emailed the company and they promptly agreed to repair or replace. Excellent communication throughout and very impressed. Can highly recommend Rode.

I recently sent in my microphones under warranty for a repair. They were very quick in letting me know the procedures and after I sent it in to them, they immediately sent me a completely new pair to compensate for the damage. They are great to deal with and their products are guaranteed to be top tier quality.

Fantastic Customer service. The little ring on my NT USB mic which is used to screw the mic onto stands snapped and broke. I emailed the support asked for a new piece as I did not wang to buy a whole new mic over one broken piece. Didn't even question me or ask for any warranty details. Just sent me one right away free of charge and came within 2 days. I love the customer service of Rode and their mics are just as good. Thumbs up from me
