What a fantastic company to deal with. 4th air conditioner installed by Excel and the service was just as excellent as the first. A big thank you to Josh and Josh. They arrived on time and were so helpful. It was a tricky installation but these guys worked it out and I was so impressed. The clean up was just as good, left the room cool and spotless. I reached out to 6 air conditioner technicians because my unit wasn't cooling properly. It turned out to be a minor issue with the settings that I needed help with.

When I spoke to Alan from
Excel Air Conditioners about my air conditioner settings, he was extremely helpful and patient. Unlike the other technicians, he didn't exaggerate the problem. I was so pleased with his assistance that I will definitely be referring others to him. If I ever need another Daikon in the future, he will be the first person I call.

We were recommended this Excel Air Conditioning by our neighbours and couldn't be happier. They guys know what they are doing and explain every questions and try to work out what best for us in term of price and location to install the new unit. we ended up using their service to clean our three existing ACs.

Alan was friendly and easy to talk to right from the beginning of quotation to installing. Tom was professional and flexible. Luke and James was so polite and respectful. Most importantly, no mess left to clean after the job done.

Alan and his team are the best in the market. My main air con was broken back in Dec 2018 which was the hottest time in Brisbane. No company will come and fix this but Alan came all the way and fix this. That was really impressive and I bought another 2 LG units from Excel Air. After that I wont let anyone touch my Air Con apart from Excel Air Conditions. Keep up the good work!

I have been very impressed with the efficiency of Excel Air Conditioning from the time I requested a quotation last year. Alan was professional and courteous and Excel's quote was very competitive compared with other companies. The installation went very smoothly and the Daikin system is wonderfully quiet and effective. Alan has just completed the annual servicing, which was again conducted very professionally and was reasonably priced for the thorough work involved in inspecting and cleaning the indoor and outdoor units. The customer service of this company is outstanding. I highly recommend Excel Air Conditioning.
