I bought this toothbrush a year ago and it somehow broke two days ago, it wouldn't charge, I went to the shop today to ask if it could be repaired but I lost the receipt, the staff helped to find the transaction record to confirm the information and gave me a brand new toothbrush, it's a shop with a guarantee! I had been to multiple shaver shops to get a new epilator as mine that I had had for a year I thought had a battery issue but the amazing lady Rhi who worked there tested it for me and actually listened to me describe what was wrong with the machine unlike all the other employees that refused to help me get a new machine even though mine was still in warranty. She knew it must have been a pressure issue and the machine was not functioning while actually operating not just while being turned on and timed. She’s the absolute best and made my an experience I thought was going to turn into another dispute like all others into an easy and quick exchange. I’ll always want to go back to Rhi if I have any problems with any of my many shaver shop machines thank you so much!!!!!

I would like to leave a negative feedback / complaint about two staff members at this store!!
My daughter had a faulty electric toothbrush that she had purchased in June this year for $79.
Tried to return and asked for store credit. Receipt as proof of purchase was found yet
We were told by Caleb , that the product was to be left at the store to be checked for the fault, only then, will he give a yes or no to whether this transaction to change would go ahead ! Other comments between him and I were transferred. Not a great experience!!!
He made us feel like a criminal and that we were lying about the fault. Caleb did agree in the beginning of the talk that the brush had a strange vibration !!
He suggested that he can hold the toothbrush for half an hour, on continuous on mode, to see if it heats up!!!
The female staff member that was supposed to be packing stock away , stood smirking at my daughter and myself.
Very horrible customer service.
I have worked in retail for over 20 years , and very rarely do I come across this type of behaviour.
We did go to Carindale store ,after this , and had no problem at all with the change over .
I was served by a lovely young man named Ben.
Will never shop at Garden City store again.
