Staff are lovely, friendly and approachable. Best of all, very quick when taking blood, especially when my daughter was younger and terrified of needles. Highly recommend this QML over others I have been too over the years

I had a blood test this morning at QML Wishart, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff are efficient, and the phlebotomist was professional and completely pain-free. I usually experience a lot of difficulty when getting blood drawn, but this time it was amazingly smooth—no bleeding, no bruising. I am super grateful for their expertise! It’s also fantastic that they are open on Saturdays, making it so convenient for full-time workers to get their pathology tests done. Plenty of carparks on site！

I can't brag about this place enough. My first visit was in August for a blood test. I am an INCREDIBLY anxious person and have always refused b tests because of specific phobias anxiety disorder. I couldn't refuse this time. The moment I went into the practice, the staff were so friendly and commented on how drenched we were from the rain and it felt so welcoming. I was able to be my full self around them. I had a panic attack in the hall before entering the room. I was crying and making quite a scene. It was fairly quiet (around 12pm), and so an extra nurse tended to me alongside the staff member responsible for the test. She took me through breathing exercises and got me into the room, then sat by my side. I asked if she could hold my hand, she did. She took me through visualisation exercises and got me through every second of that experience. So safe there. I have been back twice for other tests, because I love this place so much. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Especially if you're anxious. It does get very busy in the early morning, though- for people fasting for their test, getting it done before breakfast time.

I booked my mum's heart monitor two weeks ago and even called them this morning because the timing in the text message seemed not right (please see photos). We arrived on time and went to the room, two Indian nurse came in and realized they had made a mistake—they thought my mum was there for a blood pressure monitor. In the end, they transferred us to Holland Park, where a lovely Taiwanese nurse completed the procedure. Please ENSURE that patient details are double-checked next time to avoid wasting our time.

If you have a staff member that does not know how to get blood and that is learning make sure she’s supervised as she could only get half the amount of blood and it waa so painful, she needs to be taught before she does that again , I had to tell her to get someone else to do it as she couldn’t do it properly. And with all that , not even an apology, rude staff . Won’t go there again .

Conveniently located and available for early morning collections. Rarely.have to wait and even then wait times are low. Professional and fast collection experience for adults and kids collections are given that extra level of care and comfort.

I’m a nurse, had 3 different collectors come into the room at once since the first Asian one couldn’t find a vein anywhere on my body. I kept saying over and over that there was a very obvious and CLEARLY VISIBLE vein on my left arm and she ignored me and said I had no viable veins because I hadn’t drank enough water (it was 10am and I had already drank over 3L of water that morning). Finally a 4th one came in and I told her to try my left arm again and that I’m a nurse and straight away she found the exact vein I had been telling all of them that was right there. Never in my life have I ever had this happen. Every blood test I’ve ever gotten I have been fine on the first go. I should’ve told them let me do it myself.

Poor service. Book a monitor in 1 week before, call an hour ahead of appt and they confirm all good. Arrive at pathology and get taken to room to fit monitor. Three people take 10 minutes to try and find the device , give up and ask to reschedule the following week. Why bother confirming?
