I cannot say thank you enough for the time taken, to try and help me solve a toilet seat problem. I wasn't made to feel silly, instead both staff members(sorry I caught Peter's name, but not the initial staff member's name), went out of their way,( to not eat their lunch that they just got), to help me. When they didn't have the right piece, they told me exactly where I could be helped. I cannot say thank you enough!
