I'm very happy we purchased a real quality tree this year.

Staff member was friendly and helped load the tree into the trailer.

Tree quality shows in the thickness and dark greenery, as well as the beautiful fresh pine smell.

Online ordering was easy, but also not necessary. Trees are available on the days listed on their website.

Paid $150, and well worth it just for the fragrance 😁🎄🎅

First Christmas in Australia for me (from Canada). Placed an order for a large 7-8ft tree and paid for it. Was given a 6.1ft tree and told that the truck that delivered didn’t have ANY trees taller this time, but was told there would be more on the next delivery a week later. Person at the pickup point was understanding and quick to offer a refund of the difference which was nice, but this still didn’t address the fact I wasn’t given what I paid for and was promised. I didn’t want to try waiting a week just for the same thing to happen again.

Customer service was quick and processed the refund, however there was nothing done to give me confidence they could deliver on their promise next time. Main problem is nothing was done to tell me ahead of time there weren’t any trees of my size available, and no promises to ensure I will get what I paid for next time. I just wanted the largest tree I could find, and was willing to pay for it. Will most likely not be using this service again.

Unbelievable! Kept in constant contact to let me know when it was arriving. The tree was far better than I could have bought myself . Only ordered it on Friday and received it Sunday. It saved me so much time . You are the best. Many thanks to the driver who set the tree Perfect choice 👌

This is our third tree 🌲 from Christmas Elves. We got the 7’ size and it was gorgeous as per the previous years. Driver was on time, efficient and helpful. It’s a seamless experience.
