Went here on a school trip once the "tour" was just us following the most boring man alive on a yellow line that took us around the office and the machines. The tour had to end early though when one of the boys fell in to the box machine and was turned into a box.

Awesome experience! I emailed the enquiries email provided on the website last night after business hours asking about box sizes and pricing, since I am in the midst of being forced to move due to this stupid rent hike trend. I was comparing a company in NSW, Bunnings, and OfficeWorks for boxes & moving supplies.

Sarah responded before 9am this morning with all of the information I had requested in addition to the range of moving supplies that the company offers. Their prices blew everyone else out of the water by a lot! Great prices! The utility knife they have is great quality & ~1/2 the cost of the same quality from Bunnings! And, in direct comparison to what was in my cart for Bunnings saved me ~$100! And Box Factory's butcher paper is pretty comparable to my 80gsm printing paper, so well worth the value. Their moving packs are GREAT deals! Around a 25% discount on the one I chose!

I responded about an hour later with some pick-up time, payment, and GST questions along with my proposed order and my total calculation. Less than an hour later, she confirmed the total, that GST was included, the payment options & since everything I asked for was in stock that I could pick up the order at any time and included an invoice for reference, and payment if I chose that payment option.

I emailed back about two hours later, after paying through a direct bank transfer. I included the bank receipt & asked to verify that it was sufficient, and requesting to pick up the products a couple of hours later. She responded within 10 minutes confirming that everything was good to go & confirmed to go into the front office at their listed address.

When I arrived the lot was a bit full. But someone left fairly quickly & I was able to park close to the doors. But there is street parking available as well. Sarah (I assume the person who helped me was Sarah, I didn't actually confirm her identity 😅) was super friendly & helped me to get everything loaded into the back of my car. I was done & loaded in less than 5 minutes! Amazingly simple & professional business conducted. Exemplary customer service! I highly recommend Box Factory for any moving supply needs!
