Guys, for $70 a kilo ($144 total) for a 2 kilo scotch roast with this much gristle in... that's just not on (and dont tell me you have to have gristle in scotch... cheap scotch yes, but $70 a kilo is not cheap). If you charge a premium price you provide a premium product.

Couldn't recommend these guys enough! Ordered bulk pork and a beef hind quarter. Justin & Brad went out of their way to help. The most tender beef Steaks we've gotten from a butcher around toowoomba! And the Bacon and Ham are drool worthy - beautiful smokey flavour fantastic quality. Guys thanks again! We will be back!!!

Most amazing butcher in Toowoomba! The first butcher I have found where the meat doesn’t have any nasty flavours in it! Prices are amazing and the staff are incredibly friendly! Highly recommend if you need a new butcher this is the place!

Have updated my review as the service is no longer as fantastic as it was a year or two ago (possibly since the rebranding).
It used to be that staff there seemed to respect and value both their own job, and your job as the purchaser for the household. And would happily jump to serve you when you entered. Now I feel care factor is low and I may as well be at the supermarket.

I suppose it's not called for very often these days but I bought the best diced steak and kidney from Westridge Meats this week. Fabulous quality and sliced to perfection! Thank you also to the lovely man who served me. There's nothing quite like home-made steak & kidney pie when the weather turns cool.
