I purchased this gate on 27th December 2023, on August 2024 a weld failed on the gate due to not being fully welded, this failing weld causing the gate hinge pin to bend. I spoke over the phone about the failure and said I would try welding to fix the problem myself due to it being summer and a fire ban was in place, as I live in the country I wasn’t able to weld and fix this problem until the 4th of June 2024 unfortunately due to being bent previously this caused a weakness in the steel causing it to fail once again I have been tried to contact OzAuto Gates for a replacement and have NO response since 11th July.
The Gate cost many thousands of dollars and due to the lack of response I will be going to the ombudsman about the lack of support and follow up help.

Has transformed our lives. Worth the money spent.

Had a minor manufacturing issue which was rectified promptly by Matthew at OzAutogate in peak holiday and COVID time.

Keeps stock in/out and no need for electronic keys for the many users. More stock-proof than grids (we have many) and flimsy electronic gates.

Side-note - add an extra $1000-$1500 for installation cost (excavator for concrete pad, steel fence connecting to gate, concrete etc).
