Friendly, efficient service and they honoured the phone quoted price for a half day (6 hours) E-bikes for two, even though it was lower than their normal schedule.
Bikes were excellent, although we had to back track, as we hadn't been given a bike lock.

Recently we purchased an e bike from Mark at Bikeline Toowoomba. We no longer reside in Toowoomba, however we returned to buy our e bike, due to the excellent customer service Mark gave us approx 2 years ago. The following points outline our positive experience, for the 2nd time with Mark: listened to our e bike criteria & budget + made suggestions + accompanied us on a short ride near the shop, as he assessed bike size & our cycling skills + liaised with us re delivery date + on hand-over provided a comprehensive orientation to the bike & its charging + there was never any pressure to buy. I had a secondhand kids’ bike restored at Bikeline Bicycle Shop, and they did an amazing job. They found the right parts and got everything fixed just in time for Christmas. The bike looks great and rides perfectly.

I bought a Scott from Matthew and working in retail i understand the system. He quoted and followed up several times over a period of 3 days and his professional help was 5 star. He made the deal happened where my local bike shop shut the door ones they hear i want to upgrade the bike but for these guys nothing was to big and bike is shipped to my address. Great service and definitely will go back.

What a great store, lots of parking, the store is massive and has so much stock. Everything you need.

They ordered my bike in and it was assembled expertly and with great care.

I'm thrilled with my purchase and the service from the staff especially Jon Willis.
