Not happy with their service! I ordered 250 stickers but they only gave me 150 stickers and they were not cut individually! A few days after learning that they only gave me 150 stickers, i emailed them about it and this was the reply

Sorry about that, we are getting the extra 100 printed & cut to singles ASAP for you.

I emailed back if they can send it to my address because we are out of town and i am so busy, but no reply. I called them today 20 Nov, the lady on the phone Jo, said its ready for collection. Never heard from them about the stickers are done, to think should be done ASAP! Jo said there is no address in the invoice, i said i can give you my address, she said mailing is not included in the invoice. So i wish they will pay for my time and petrol! Smart Print is NOT really SMART!!!

I wish i can reply to your comment... this was my 2nd order from you and i said i will have the same order for 250 pcs, so im expecting its going to be cut individually and i payed for 250 pcs not 150 pcs! If i did not cut the stickers myself i will not even know that you did not give me enough to what i payed for! I did not cut it as soon as i have collected them because we are very busy! And you know how much you printed out! Who will not get annoyed, no accountability? And no one from your company informed me that the stickers are ready, if i did not call i will never know! No sincere apologies from anyone of you for not doing your jobs correct! What kind of customer service you have? Our times are valuable too!

Update about the lacking 100 pieces stickers, there were not cut individually as requested and there are no borders on this stickers this time unlike the first 150 stickers i got from them. This company is a joke if i can give them no star at all i will!
