Have just had the pleasure of working with a team from Choices Flooring. From an initial informative chat with Luke at the business, I had his visit and advice, measure and quote within a week. After accepting the quote, I only had a 2 week wait till the impressive vinyl planks and carpet was laid by James, Jay and Chris! I cannot believe how kind, helpful, obliging and professional this crew was. Talk about their work ethic during very wet and humid 2 days! I have had a beautiful experience replacing some very old flooring thanks to Choices and heartily recommend this business.

I just got my ‘Coolum Australian Made Polymer Shutters’ installed and they are beautiful. I am so happy with them. They have made my room look classy and modern. It’s changed the whole style of my office, which I love. I love how you can open and close the top and bottom half separately. It just gives you options on how you would like the light to come in. When shutters are closed my room is very dark, it’s hard to tell in the photo but they do a great job blocking the light out. It’s also great how you can fully open the shutter doors, so you can easily clean the windows and even have the window open for more air flow. I would highly recommend buying from Choices Flooring Toowoomba. Excellent prices and great customer service.

We used Choices Flooring recently to remove old carpet and lay new in 5 bedrooms. We are extremely happy with the result and just love it so much! From the moment Luke visited us for a measure and quote to installation, he made it an easy process. We will definitely be using them again when it comes to redoing the rest of our flooring. Plus the man that installed the carpet was super friendly and has honestly done the best job!!

I have nothing but praise for the team at Choices Flooring! Prompt measure up and quote from Luke after my initial enquiry for carpet removal in the bedrooms and living areas and installation of vinyl floor planks. The installer, Anthony did an amazing job and was so helpful with the layout. I had the opportunity to return when I was having renovations completed and another seamless experience with Luke and Anthony the installer. The floors are amazing. Highly recommend this team after such a positive experience. Thankyou!!

Anthony and the team at Choices Flooring Toowoomba gave excellent customer service from the moment I stepped in the door to the final installation. Their service was friendly, prompt, helpful and realistic. I had 3 bedrooms and a living room carpeted with Brease Arhern in Dorset 005 and hallways were Titan spotted gum vinyl planks. I’m really pleased with the quality and final finish. My first home is now feeling ready to live in and much cosier. I’d highly recommend Anthony and the team at Choices Flooring Toowoomba.
