We moved into our new off-grid home 3 months ago and knew one of the top priorities was getting our solar system sorted. We contacted Solahart Darling Downs and Andrew came out to our property to review the situation and to brainstorm different setups which could work for our family of 5. He was very clear in his explanations and really took the time for us. In the meanwhile we used our petrol generator to supply the power for our home. We then worked with Daniel to piece together our Red Earth BushChook off-grid system with 4x 4kwh troppos and 10kw of solar panels. He helped us to run our calculations and we also added 2 Mitsubishi split system aircons. Tom and his team came to install the solar panels, the Red Earth system and the aircons over a couple of days. He was very knowledgeable and flexible and went out of his way to make sure everything worked perfectly and suited how it best worked for us. Charli was very positive & patient in assisting us with all communications in general and around Zip specifically. Overall our process with Solahart Darling Downs was great. They truly care about what they are doing and are very generous & service-oriented. For such a big financial decision as your solar system, choosing this team to assist you and your family is a strong choice! It really was the logical & clear choice from the start for us. As Solahart has been around for so long, we know that anything that comes up in the future will be dealt with well also. We have been living off-grid for a month now and our solar system is amazing. We understand the rhythms of the sun better now and our system with 10kw solar panels and 16kwh battery storage for between 6pm and 6am really suits us. The Red Earth BushChook system also allows room for another 4x 4kwh troppos, so we have room to expand! Thanks again guys, it was a pleasure working with you and we wish you all the best. Toowoomba Solarhart were amazing! Our old solar hot water system failed just a few days before Christmas. Toowoomba Solarhart immediately installed a temporary system to give us hot water and were able to complete installation of the new unit on the last working day of the year! The purchase and installation of my solahart hot water system was handled in a professional and efficient manner form start to finish. The staff from the first to last point of contact were friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. The system is working very well, makes me aware how the old system was no longer working effectively or efficiently. I have hot water even on a cloudy day, I haven't as yet had consecutive cloudy days yet to see how long before I would need to switch to power back up, but the new solarhart hot water system is definitely an improvement. Thanks solahart for making the whole process painless and having the new system installed so quickly, it is much appreciated.

Great service delivered by Solarhart im Toowoomba. I asked for a quote late on a Friday 12 days before Christmas, quote emailed .to me on Monday, I said do it and the system was installed and fully operating by Thursday afternoon, all in under 6 days right before Christmas and works like a dream.
