Such a friendly and knowledgeable place to shop. If they don't have a product or don't know the information they find out with a happy disposition. We are starting to shop there more now, giving the other competitor a miss.

Probably the best customer service/atmosphere and help we've had from a hardware store. We do alot of work so we do alot of shopping for different bits and pieces.
But I am very pregnant and the staff (I think his name was Andrew) went above and beyond- got me a chair and put it in front if the fans so I could sit while hubby did his thing.
Left thinking we will never shop anywhere else if we can help it.

I called ahead and held an item at a great price. First time I have been here and the lady on the phone was great. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by her and she quickly put me through and gave me pick up directions. It was busy at the pick up area and two friendly blokes helped get my item and load it. The only down side was the cranky forklift driver telling me I parked in the way. He could see how busy it was and could have been nicer about it in my opinion.

Best hardware experience I have ever had. Since moving here 12 months ago I shopped at bunnings. The service there is terrible. I switched to mitre 10 Ruthven street, best decision ever. The staff are always on hand to help and go above and beyond. I will never shop anywhere else from now on. Well done to the staff.

Old fulla out the back was very rude spoke to me like I was a dog, all because I was exchanging something. After I spent $400 in store, next time I will go to Bunnings. Not happy.

Always someone to help, and they have what I need. It's rare to get this level of service nowadays. I always find it's better priced than the local competitor, which is another win for me!!

Terrific customer service! Today I dropped in quickly to get some potting mix, the guy carried it all the way up the block for me as I hadn't parked in-store.

They're always willing to help me find what I'm looking for and give advice. They come up and ask if I need a hand without me having to go looking.

As it's not a huge warehouse it's easy to find things quickly.

A great alternative to bunnings, stocks many different products you won't find at bunnings, often higher quality too. Staff are very helpful, I highly recommend.
