The absolute best service here when buying a new mobile and changing mobile plans. Sienna helped me. She had endless patience, was so kind, informative, just absolutely wonderful. In the time I was there I saw many elderly customers come in and the Forbes staff were truly wonderful to them all. Fantastic service hands down.

I had a problem with the 12v system in my caravan. I rang Forbes Batteries in Toowoomba who said the guy I needed to talk to was busy but he’d call back. This was late Friday afternoon. The guy did call back and said if I dropped around with the van at 8 am before opening time they would look at it for me. I arrived at 7.50am two guys came over and immediately had a look at the van and found it to be a faulty regulator. They installed a new regulator and fixed the problem. The truly amazing part is it cost me a total of $99.99. Talk about amazing service. Can’t recommend this business enough. Thanks Forbes you have a customer for life.

Recently had an iPhone disaster and Brodie helped me buy a new iphone and was very helpful re getting it set up in store. I always head direct to Forbes batteries with any phone issues. The service cannot be beaten. Well done again team.

Can't praise Jaidan enough. We travelled from innisfail to Brisbane to pick up our caravan. Inverter wasn't working, had to install a new one. Jaidan helped us out with a new system. His customer service and workmanship is above and beyond. Will definitely recommend Jaidan and the company. We will definitely be back. Many thanks to Jaidan and Forbes Batteries. If you need to visit Telstra in Toowoomba forget the shopping centres where they frown and say we are all booked up. Forbes batteries are polite and staff willing and able to help. Natalie served me today and she kept going even when it meant one step forward and two back. I left with the problem fixed and a smile on my face no waiting not to say you won’t wait but staff a plenty and all wanting to serve. Highly recommend this (Telstra) shop seriously bigger with more staff than the specialist you will be impressed and no one looking down at an I pad to say you don’t have an appointment. No walk right in and get the Royal treatment. Family business with the best service. Wish I had taken a photo of how many staff they had on think it was 5? In just the Telstra area
