Had an incredible experience with Tia today. Although they were in the middle of relocating, phones ringing off the hook, other customers coming in and tradies packing up the showroom with noisy equipment running, she spent sooo much time with me to show stock, offer advice on designs and helped me understand different materials. She is incredible asset to the business and helped make overwhelming decisions very easy for us. Will be back just for her!

From my experience I cannot understand how they are in business.
Reda was who we dealt with to start,
she was fantastic!
Shame she left (I now understand why)
I’m dealing with Tia now, its like banging your head against a brick wall.
It’s taken over 6 weeks to try & get a simple vanity, I’ve had to chase them on a regular basis until I had no choice but to give up.
I’m now still without a vanity. Waste of my time.

We got a great priced vanity on sale.
Unfortunately on pickup the receptionist didn't stop eating nuts while taking to me and looked at my ID and said "is that you!? Time isn't the best to us".
Still blows my mind thinking about it.

My Fiance and I were recommended to come to SHC by a friend. We couldnt be happier that we did! Fred was amazing in all ways. He put both of us as ease as it was our first time undergoing a renovation, with alot of patience and reassurance (even though I changed my mind about the tiles a few times- I couldnt choose as everything was so beautiful in the showroom). Thank you so much for answering all my questions, sticking to my budget (and even saving us some money here and there with little tips and tricks we didnt know were an option).
