After spending 11 months last year travelling 1/2 of Australia Max( our defender) needed a good service . Andrej worked his magic and even re painted our wheels which were very scratched due to off road driving which I’m very grateful for . He also did a few other touch ups under warranty .
Max is perfect once more and ready for more travel. I absolutely love that the team ( particularly Andrej) care so much for our van . Nothing is too much trouble and I’m pretty damn fussy .
We have family with another high end brand and they’re often amazed at our level of service ( they don’t get this from their dealer)
Whilst travelling we had a few small issues and Andrej always either takes your call or gets back to you . The after sales service is second to none . We’ve had a bit to do with Andy too and he’s fabulous with any concerns ( thank you ) .
We are so thrilled with Rhinomax that friends of ours have moved from a Kimberly Kamper to having ordered a Renegade on our recommendation.
I’m sure they’ll be as happy as us .

We first discovered Rhinomax campers online after lots of research with a few other Australian made hybrids companies we decided to go with Rhinomax.There quality & designs stood out above other manufacturers.Downside was they are Queensland’s based & we are NSW based. We were unable to get up to Queensland so after loads of research we organised it over the phone & online, thanks to Katie Ritzema in sales. She guided us through everything answered all of our questions, helped us out with all our choices, Katie made the hole journey an absolute pleasure. We recently traveled to Queensland to pick up our Defender hybrid & the quality build is outstanding right down to the handover to the after sales phone calls to Katie for help with questions, We spent two weeks camping at beautiful locations we loved the quick & easy setup & slept like babies every night & traveled 1077km trip back home the van towed like a dream .It’s just been a pleasure doing business with Rhinomax we are more than happy to recommend Rhinomax and the team.

Came down to look at the 16 and 18 ft hybrid campers, and was not disappointed

The first thing I noticed is the fit and finish is top notch. Everything looks heavy duty, over engineered and confidence inspiring for heading out west… Having seen a triton rattle apart on the way to the cape a few years back, it was something that had concerned me about some of the cheaper brands.

Apparently they make a special composite honeycomb panel that is built for rough roads, and an amazing air suspension system as an option… which I’m thinking it may be worth doing.

The rinomax team are also great to deal with, super friendly and helpful.

You just need to let them know you’re wanting to come in for a look as the showroom is in the production facility

From the moment we made our first phone call to enquire about purchasing a van to the day we picked our Defender up, the service and patience was second to none. No question was too hard to answer and I’m sure some of them drove Katie nuts! Sometimes though things do go wrong but Andy and his team went above and beyond to keep us on the road. You hear a lot of complaints about after sales service and from well known brands but with Rhinomax it was exceptional. Thank you to to all who were involved!

We purchased a Discovery in 2016 and remember how efficient and helpful the Rhinomax team was then and our recent experience demonstrates that the service has not changed. We had to replace the batteries in our camper and were confused how to connect one wire. We telephoned and then emailed and within 24 hours the problem was resolved by the Service Team. Had a Defender built at Rhinomax with a few added extras to suit our needs. The team was extremely professional to deal with throughout the whole process of design, build and handover. We have a beautiful camper and have used it extensively over the 12 months we have had it. We have been off grid more than in caravan parks and have lived extremely comfortably in our Defender. So glad we chose this company to deal with. The help we have received after we took ownership with a few things was also handled very professionally and efficiently. It’s great to talk with the people that design and build the campers.

It was our first visit to the Rhinomax factory that convinced us we were going to get a fantastic camper. We are genuine supporters of Australian Made and Buy Local. Steve, Ben, Andy & Katie, along with the local workers building campers are so proud of the campers they build. They genuinely want their customers to have a positive Rhinomax experience. We couldn't wait to place our order and then plan for the big delivery day. Ben and the fabricators customised our front locker and were keen to make sure that it worked just as planned. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone at Rhinomax. We have had our first service and we're happy to report that the Rhinomax reputation is equally satisfying at the service depot. Andrej is professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. We have big plans for our Rhinomax Discovery and we're just getting started!
