My sewing machine had problems and the manager took time to look it over give it a few tests and in the end she fixed the problem! So appreciative of her good knowledge and generosity of her time. I recommend this place to everyone- I’ll be going back for sure!

Great Service. We dropped off some robes and our logo at Picnics and they came back with the most amazing embroidery. We just left them to it and they effortlessly worked their magic. Everything about the result was on brand; style, colour and quality. We will definitely be getting all of our clothing branded here.

My husband and I visited here in June and not only found a store with amazing baby but wonderful selection of glorious quilting fabric. Then, there was the tourist help and advice, so pleasant and now I want more and we are in lockdown…. May the post be speedy. Hugs WAHx

I enjoy shopping at Picnics as there are so many fabric designs. It is so hard to choose from. Very handy to buy things for my sewing machine. The customer service is excellent and very helpful.

Would never use this service again. The shop owner tried to rip me off wouldnt sell me fabric by the metre instead cut fabric less than a metre and charging $50 for it. Too expensive and not good customer service. Will not recommend this place rather go to Cairns to get sewing materials.

Waiting in line to be served. Got overlooked for someone the worker knows, who came in after me. That's basic customer service (or lack of it) for me.

Went in last week to order items. I have been told they will give me a call to confirm. Since then almost a week past, still no news. I tried to call but they ha'g up on me and now no one answer the phone. Doesnt seem very serious

Do not take your machine to this place unless you can do without it for months Liars will tell you anything about why it takes so long and then gives you a story about previous service people did not know how to service your machine But it is a different excuse every time you ring to enquire about when you can expect your machine back Will never go there again but first i have to get my machine back from him
