Always a top place, the staff are great and so is the food. Had just a simple steak sandwich, and it was really tender and juicy. Strange experience for a pub steak sandwich. Then this lucky lady near us won 20K on the pokies. Boom for her...

We stopped in for the breakfast buffet which was absolutely delightful. Lovely service accompanying perfectly cooked breakfast options. Hot meals, eggs, bacon, sausages etc, alongside cold options and pastries. The coffee was hot and tasty also. Incredibly well priced for the variety on offer. The restaurant is clean and well presented. 10/10 recommend.

We came down for the breakfast buffet and it was very affordable and a great choice of food! Real coffee is included in the price ($18 each adult), which is rare to find.
There’s pastry’s, all types of eggs, hot foods, fruit, pancakes…everything you’d find in a good buffet.
The staff are so friendly & happy and they cooked everything perfectly!

Excellent customer service by Ana at the pub. Very friendly, accommodating and professional. Other staff were friendly as well. The meals were delicious. Food came out really fast. Play centre for the kids kept them occupied. We will definitely be back.

A really nice stay.

Staff were genuinely some of the friendliest and nicest people we've met on our trip.

Plenty of pools to choose from to take a dip.

Rooms were very clean and toilet/shower were in good condition.

Food at the restaurant was very good.

Had the pleasure of visiting the mission Beach resort sports bar and gaming room tonight for the first time in years. I was totally blown away by the friendly ,efficient and helpful staff. However nothing could top the trip home with the amazing Grace! She was effervescent, full of local knowledge and overall the highlight of our night! So refreshing to have friendly, happy staff going above and beyond to make our experience memorable and full of laughter! Keep up the great work and will be returning tomorrow to experience the courtesy bus ride again!

The Studio Family room that we booked was spacious, but it smelt of bleach when we first arrived, which was off putting to my travel companion. The bathroom had no fan in it which was a little frustrating as everything fogged up, making it damp. The bathroom looked like it was straight out the of 1960s, I believe it would have been the original tiles and fittings from when the establishment first opened, not like the nicer new rooms that feature on the website. Unfortunately the room had no seats inside, (except for the beds), which was frustrating, especially as we were not able to sit outside due to the wind and rain. For my elderly travel companion this was a little frustrating. Benches and carpets were also older, and had marks on them, however the room was clean, and the beds were nicely made. Aircon worked well. Was quiet in the room. Staff at the reception were friendly upon arrival. ||I don't recommend to those who have mobility issues having to step across a small drain and up slightly to get into the room. From there to the dining facilities I recommend an umbrella too, but you need to be cautious walking on the pavers around the resort as they were unstable and rocked/wobbled. ||It is conveniently located close to Woolworths, but for those from down south and used to the convenience of shopping seven days a week, this is not the case in Mission Beach/Wongaling Beach, on a Sunday it is a ghost town. ||There is a jug in the room, and water and milk is provided in a bar fridge. There is no microwave. ||You do get what you pay for. The Studio Family room is not as nice as the other rooms you see online, but then again it wasn't too expensive. It has potential to be nice.||Also note, when you close the curtains the room is enveloped in darkness, which is perfect for a much welcomed sleep in when on holidays.

A fantastic stay at Mission Beach Resort! The location is close to the beach, so many pools to choose from (and have great kid friendly designs, lots of shallow areas), an on-site restaurant, and just steps away from a grocery store and chemist. The staff are friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience. While the place is a bit dated, it’s impressively clean, making it a great value overall.
