Myself and my partner rented through Ruth for about 5 months before having to break lease to move due to new job opportunity.

The whole experience in dealing with Ruth and all of her colleagues are absolutely fantastic.
She is extremely down to earth and all around very pleasant person to deal with.

From signing the lease, it was all very easy, she explained every part of the lease application and what we can expect from her as well as what she expects from us.
When we moved in, any repairs that needed tending too were done so swiftly and once again understanding of the situation.
When we had to break lease, once again she was very understanding of our situation and made the whole break lease process very easy and pain free. Definitely one of the best property managers we have had.

I would recommend anybody to rent through these guys, you won't regret it.
