Afford A Home 🏡 is the best place we have ever been to. We made an appointment and we were shown around by Merv who explained and answered ALL of questions in detail.
It's the first time looking at similar places that this company can meet all of our needs without any doubts. Merv was so honest about everything and we will be buying our first portable home from them.
We highly recommend Afford A Home to everyone 😃

This Company owe us money for goods provided and they refuse to answer or return any phone calls. I would be very careful as a customer and would not touch them as a supplier.

We ordered our tiny home a little over a year ago and have been mostly happy with the product we got. We went with what we thought would be a high quality product as we paid a fair bit for it.
The hot water system was giving us problems and we were told that this is outside the warranty period of 1 year. The individual components warranty is not shared in the contract, so we don't know what it is (until we have an issue).
The team have basically told us to go figure out how to fix or replace it which could cost us a lot.
If you are going with company, please ask for ALL the details before hand.
Now I am worried about what else is going to fall apart...

We’ve been providing cleaning service for them since July 2022 and none of any service invoices were paid on time( always overdue). And for the latest invoice for March and April 2023, the director Marlene uses different excuses to delay payment. Their project management was horrible, and always asked us to arrange cleaning the last minute. Just think of what kind of company will default on cleaning fee.
