There was dirt and fertiliser sprinkled in the bottom of my strawberry container and on the strawberries like chocolate frosting, although disgusting. You really need to work on your hygiene standards as I believe it is illegal under food safety code to leave dirt, chemical residue, pests or pest residue on the food that you sell. Regardless of weather it's common knowledge to wash your fresh food before you eat it. although if your going to accidentally leave dirt on your strawberries I would suggest writing a note on the packaging suggesting to wash them prior to eating.
Although usually your strawberries are quite delicious and very cheap so I do not believe you should receive 3.8 stars. Your a good company there's just a few bits and bobs that need adjusting
