I couldn't be more impressed with YBMT's responsiveness, professionalism, and customer care. They came out to diagnose the problem we had with rain ingress into our building within a day of me contacting them, and correctly identified and carried out the necessary repair very promptly. You cannot fix my door but very good at sending the bill.

Reply to your respond about the bill. If you can't fix it I will pay $200 max for petrol & staff hour but $500 is too much mate. Anyway bad luck to me
By the way don't say "replace the hinge" like you know what to do. On that day you couldn't fix it so just got in the Ute and ran away without say a word then 1 week later the 500 bill sent. My shop camera shows everything you want to see? So who will call you back to try again? The landlord agent didn't know what happened so they just call you again . Better call someone else!
