I've used Bylaser twice now for jobs at home. Despite them being only small jobs, they were really helpful and communicated quickly. Both jobs were perfect and the price was less than I'd expected. Turn around times were also very good. I'd highly recommend them.

After many years of using their service despite a fair few mistakes on their behalf one of which I was made to pay half of the cost, I obtained my own machine only to find out they would'nt want to sell me the 100's of drawings of the products i've had cut many times over which would of been more money in their pocket but no lets be totally illogical and cry "oh no we don't want to sell you the drawings because its intellectual property" Ok so instead of helping out a loyal customer starting a small business that would never be in direct competition they could'nt have shown their true colours any better.

Disgusting how they treat their employees after 10 years service pushed out called a fraud for a legitimate dr certificate just after job keeper ended because I made a point of not wanting to sign it because business was going better than ever have two hernias and they are trying to block work cover so I can't get another job after 10 years thanks Bylaser look forward to more reviews iso is only enforced before an inspection
