As always, fantastic service with Fienza. I enquired about a toilet and was responded to very quickly. The products are great and one I have used and will continue to use in the future. I highly recommend the after sales service team and products from Fienza.

We bought 4 handles through a supplier for our kitchen to make sure we liked them. We proceeded to order 18 more handles in September 2023. They told us they are on back order and it will take 3 months. We waited… it was then January 24 and still didn’t have them. Finally in February 2024 they were in however they gave us two different coloured gold handles. We sent half of the handles back waiting on replacement of the colour we actually chose. They then contacted us 2 weeks later and told us the handles were discontinued and we need to choose the other one they supplied. We agreed and went with the other colour. Another 2 weeks later they arrived but still sent 2 of the wrong colour. This has been now a 6 month ordeal and we are still waiting on 2 more handles to be correct. We have paid premium price for these handles and have received terrible service in return. Once this is sorted we will never use again or recommend to friends.

I had an issue with my Fienza Lincoln kitchen mixer and contacted Bill in the Fienza team. I was able to liaise with him about the problem. He organized a replacement part and tap is now working again. Very happy with the Fienza after care assistance and would not hesitate to purchase their product again. Happy customer thanks to Bill.

Excellent after sales service from Rachel at Lawnton Fienza. Assisted with finding the correct part number and even validated with me by photos so I could verify at my end then place an order with the distributor.

Brilliant service - I’ll be more than happy to buy future Fienza products when needed knowing the after sales help and assistance is so good!

Recently purchased a whole heap of Fienza bathware to update my new build. Firstly I am really impressed with the customer service given by Fienza, the team was very helpful and went above and beyond to provide me further information. Secondly the quality of the products is fantastic and they look great and they have such a large variety to choose from. Thirdly it arrived in a flash within ordering my products and it arriving at store was all done with in a week!! Amazing work Fienza.
