What do u mean it's not $400? We still got the receipt which another paper saying $392.50 and the smaller receipt stating $342.50? Even my partner was disappointed. He signed the paper when we gave the tape agreeing about the price $95 for an hour video and $33 per tape to clean. 33×7=231 plus an hour video $95 which is $326 and 40mins video is $66.50?
The lady says it might take 1 or 2wks for our tape to be done which we thought it must be really hard job cos she says she's a lil bit busy but in 3days we got them which we're thankful for. I jst don't understand if the tape is clean how come there is still glitching on the video that he paid $392.50 for it? It's our 1st time to come there and most shop always asked me if I've been in their shop before bcos once when I said no I got rip off not knowing the real price for it after doing some research it's my fault cos I easily trust people and that's why i was shock why my partner cost him 400 for those 7 tapes that has been cleanedbut still got some glitching on it.

Not happy with the price for 1hr 40mins video. Cost my partner 400 for that amount of time. Suppose to be only $95 per hr and apparently $33 per clean which kind of a suss for it cos it doesn't look like they do anything to clean those 7 tape cos only two or 1 tape is damage and $400 cost us. Wish there is more shop that do this kind of job. Totally rip off.

OMG!! I love this place. I had some old audio message tapes, some old discs and some old VHS tapes to save. Daniel cleaned them and put them into a new format then onto a USB. I'm so happy - thought these memories had gone forever. Great work, exceptional service and all round great people to deal with.
