I want to express my gratitude to the Total Tools East Brisbane team for their outstanding service! Although the store officially opens at 6:30 AM, they kindly opened 10 minutes early when they saw me waiting outside. This allowed me to quickly purchase everything I needed for an urgent job.

I would like to give special thanks for the Milwaukee sander, which helped me complete the task with excellent quality. The sales team, made up of young and energetic individuals, quickly and efficiently gathered all the items I required.

As a result, I completed my job perfectly. A big thumbs-up to the Total Tools team — I will definitely recommend them to all my friends!

Most unhelpful store ever. When I entered i was the only person in the store. I needed some help finding some specific brad nails. He showed to the spot and walked off. More interested in chatting to his mates at the register....

Total Tools! I returned an item for a warranty repair, when they returned it to me, it had further damage. The Total Tools refuted any duty of care when repairing my tool and stated that if a tool gets damaged in their care, it's not their fault. Bozos.

They have a lot of tools there, but provide zero aftercare or wraparound support, buy your gear from a store that cares about their customers, cause these Total Tools obviously don't give a squirt.

Have been coming here for a while and always had amazing service and great prices.

I needed to drill a difficult hole through some Steel and my small drill wasn't up to it. instead of selling me a new drill, the guys sorted me out with a SDS to traditional chuck adaptor allowing we to use my big SDS drill. saved the day for only $62 instead of the $240 I thought I needed to spend on a new drill.

The initial visit for shop went well with the older guy helped us finding the product we were after. However, the product had some issues, and we brought it back to show them. The staff member took a photo of the product with where the problem and told my husband they were going to contact the maker and get back to him asap. Then... we never heard from them since. We emailed and called, but the call never picked up or somehow cut off. It was a very different experience from that of when we shopped, and we will not go back again.

Yesterday visited Total Tools with my father for specific spanner and allen-key. Robert patiently helped us find the product matching our requirement also that has a good price. We highly appreciate his customer service. Without his help we might have got lost in the huge warehouse with a lot of products. Overall staff is amazing and we recommend this place for tools of any kind.
