Absolutely awful experience. I came in for a refill (I don’t normally come here) and the nails I got were awful. I asked for French tips and the paint work was great but the nails were ridiculously thick and they looks bumpy/lumpy. I asked if the owner could file them down a bit and repeated that she could but she would ruin them. So I asked her if she could take them off and give me a refund and she attempted many times to persuade me not to get a refund and that she couldn’t. The owner kept saying no no. But I persisted and said they look awful and I had never had worse nails. I said that my toes (only done with gel) looked amazing. The owner then said she could refund me $50, and I said I want the full amount for my nails back as I would have to go and get them redone by my normal lady. She hesitated but then gave me $75. I was furious as there was 0 empathy or anything.

Loved my experience! I showed them a design I wanted and they nailed it! Friendly staff, good prices and calming atmosphere. I'm in love with my nails! Definitely recommend!

Would it gave him a zero minus but that's not an option. My wife got her lashes done last weekend in less than 12 hours her I was inflamed swollen very red covered in blisters and was an extreme pain. Had the removed less than 24 hours with my daughter's as well after they were installed was refused a refund. Multiple optometrist appointments an emergency appointment to the ophthalmologist chemical burns and deep scratches to her cornea. While I was watching her get them removed I witnessed non-sterile equipment being used on both... disappointing and disgusted in this business...

If I could give 0 stars I would, I desperately needed my nails done, so this was the place that had high stars. The man doing my nails was so rough, did not ask me if I liked my nails once during my time there. Charged me $70 for a short set of French acrylic nails. I’ve been to places for so much cheaper that do a better job. This place is a rip off. I do not recommend this place at all. Was not a happy experience for me. 2 hours later and my nails have dark spots under the base coat, unbelievable 😤

Not friendly no how are you. Never shake my nails right. Talk their language the whole time to each other.. the man knew I was there 2 weeks ago and wouldn’t give me an extra stamp. would not recommend.
