I've had terrible run with the pool builder, problem after problem for 3 years, the pool building experience has traumatised my whole family. Hence, also facing issues with my pool lights which are relatively new.
This time I thought I will call the company direct which I did and spoke with Richard who heard me out and put me onto his technician Nathan.
Nathan turned up on the ""SAME DAY "" as my enquiry, Who does that WOW
I cannot thank this professional company enough, this genuine honest customer service is extremely rare to find these days.
I truly hope Bellson Electric continues to grow globally and maintain this 5 star amazing service and quality.
Nathan is 1 in a million honest technician who was such a perfectionist in his work. What an amazing gentlemen to have in your team.

Not happy. Rang today because I have Pal 2000 lights with corroded wiring. Spoke to Sharry who was not interested in helping me at all. Told me they only manufacture and could not recommend anyone who could help me with my problem. I felt like it was an effort for him to even talk to me. I am amazed that a manufacturer does not have or know any technicians that could help. Lousy service. I now have their product in my pool and no idea how to repair it.

Had an issue with the pool lights controller box not working after only minor use (it happens). The team attended to the issue and fixed it and returned it within a day of receiving the unit. Big thanks to Richard and team.
