I'm giving them 4 points because the meat quality is exceptional, but I am devastated that I didn't get what I asked for, a WHOLE leg of lamb! Call it miscommunication or what you will, but I ended up with the chump sliced off and the shank missing. You went out the back and came back and showed me a whole leg, I said 'perfect, I'll take it', you offered to trim the end off the chump end... ok. You brought it back and I asked if you wouldn't mind scoring the knuckle so it would fit in my oven dish. You said 'oh I'll take it off' and I said, 'No, I want it, I just want it to bend'. But then you kept my shank and tarnished my lamb with rosemary, that was yesterday and I only just realised this today or I would've come back then 😢

I ve try ed their waguy beef, wow amazing, don t follow google maps or otherwise you end up in Earville Stockland shopping centre. Type barr street market and google will give to you the right location.

It's good to see they stock local beef, however, the advertised price on their site was way off what they charged. They also over-charged on the weight by about 20% which was disappointing. It ended up being about $10/kg more than advertised.

We tried them because the price looked good but it turns out it was too good to be true. They were not interested in resolving this when I called them so we'll steer clear of this mob in future.

Best Butcher in Cairns hands down. Quality meat and friendly service from Josh and the team. They also have dry aged steak on display which looks amazing. Wouldn't go anywhere else

World Class award winning sausages must be experienced to fully appreciate the depth of flavour and succulence.
Friendly & always helpful guys running the show, I guarantee you'll enjoy these unless vegetarian or some bizarre sausage hater.
As good as it gets, IMHO.
It always has me coming back for more.

Great selection of meat, so can’t fault them there. Customer service on the other hand was non existent. Today I was there wanting to buy a leg of lamb, the man with the sleeve tattoo saw me, and proceeded to pretend he didn’t see me and focused more intently on his work. He could’ve acknowledged me, instead left me waiting for 10 minutes before I gave up and left. No point preparing stuff if you’re not going to sell it to people. I think I’ll just continue to buy my meat at Coles.
