Editing review to 2 stars because I just finished working with the OneMix Paver Sand and it's complete junk. Gets washed out in the rain. Applied and watered/misted as per instructions, does not stick at all. It's like regular sand. I've worked with loads of polymeric sand products before and this is the worst.

"Landscape Soil" I got was all contaminated....lots of garbage, ropes, plastics, weeds etc.

Nice guys and nice service - but wouldn't go back due to poor products. I'll give them a call; if they rectify the situation I'll edit my review.

Truckies will tell you at any opportunity - don't overtake a turning vehicle, especially in the direction they're indicating.

Yet Maroochy Sand & Gravel truckies will blindly do that to bike riders. Approaching a roundabout while indicating to the right, one of their drivers just about gave a rider a high five with their wing mirror despite having plenty of time to react and slow down.

Awesome service! Great delivery.
Poor delivery driver got bogged due to all the rain we have been having lately and he kept a level head but we got him out and he didn’t have to buy his guys a case of beer 🤣

Purchased a lot of gardern stuff from these guys over the years - they always deliver with a smile and prices are pretty much on par with Bunnings - soooo shop local and not the Big chains

got some mulch delivered. Mulch looked very fresh. Leaves were green in it came off the trees that day or the day before. Mulch was way too fresh. Very disappointing had no choice but to use it because it was dropped on my driveway. My ignorance as the mulch I was shown as a sample was aged , so went to a different landscaping yard to Enquire about mulch they assured me that their mulch is at least six months old and mixed thoroughly before it is sent out of the yard so will be using Buderim Landscaping instead from now on

Fast and friendly service, seems like a reasonably large range and well priced. That aside, I had a pretty poor experience overall as I was oversold on a product. I made it very clear what my needs were, and I was recommended more than double what I needed. I made it clear that I needed guidance, and I feel I was taken advantage of.

If you're a DIYer and need a guiding hand, steer clear. If you're a professional, this place is probably fine.
