I'm so sorry to do this review I have been. This shop twice and both time I have been ripped off. When I took my pool robot to repair because it was E10 error code. They ask me to change cable it will cost you $ 400+ can't remember but it was over 400. I still have an invoice
Robot start to work after that. Last December it same problem. So I took different places to repair. This man was very honest. He said you need to replace power cord urs power cord is worn out. I said I just change 14 months ago. Shop owner tell me no ur power cord is very old anyway he replaced cord and new one is far better then old one which has not replaced but this shop charge me for that. Sorry not going back.

Craig from Dunckers has been looking after our business for many years. Our new cleaners wanted to supply their own product and I refused to give them the contract unless we could continue to use the fantastic service of Dunckers. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Al came today like a knight in shining fluero. We have been getting majorly ripped off and taken for a ride by our previous pool technician and the peace of mind I have now in finding not only a good pool technician but a good person is beyond words. Thank you so much guys 🙂

Not great customer service. In fact terrible and aggressive. Have had problems with an automatic Zodiac pool cleaner. It appears it was never going to do the job for our pool / gum leaves etc ( according to Zodiac customer service ). Yesterday we were told by Glenn that they were going to do nothing and we should take it up with Zodiac. Not compliant with consumer law - sorry. Seeking full refund - either with or without their co-operation.
