I made a mistake with my order and only discovered after i had 2000 letters printed. I took full responsibility for the mistake and even still, they went so out of their way to get it fixed. I needed to get a collage of photos framed for a funeral recently. Nikki was so helpful and responsive at a time when I was not thinking straight. She was wonderful! I absolutely love the team at The Printing Well. I've worked on several projects with Lisa (and the team) so far and have been very happy with all that has been produced (especially when I often have tight turnarounds). On top of standard printing projects (eg. catalogues, prints etc), Lisa has gone out of her way to find fantastic solutions for some of my more challenging ideas and concepts. How did this place ever get a 4 star rating? The first time I visited, I stood at the front desk for at least 3 minutes while the two women (sitting less than 60 cm in front on me) at reception continued working without acknowledging my presence. I thought maybe they are having a bad day? I visited another 4 times - ignored again. So I just sat down & waited for them to speak to me. In their own good time they eventually did. The same happened again today - so I just walked out. It’s just plain rude. If they had the courtesy to say... We are really busy - come back in 1/2 hour - it would have been less rude than ignoring my presence in reception.

Came to The Printing Well this week for help printing programs for my Nan’s funeral. The girls (especially Esther) took such good care of me and provided the most caring and helpful service I think I’ve ever received.
