Our small hotel have had a account with PFD for 10 yrs delivery to the same property for 10 yrs. Last week I place a order expecting it to arrive the following day, 5 days later, no product...I call to ask where my order was. I was put through to the supervisor and she explained that they don't deliver to residential address's , i explained they had been delivering there for 10 yrs, she replied " the must have been making a mistake for 10yrs". No phone call to explain the 10yr problem, no apology or solution.

Disgraceful and illegal behaviour by PFD Food Services drivers in Booval Brisbane. Took up all disabled parks and then said when questioned ‘mind your own business’. Community bus of disabled persons had to park elsewhere. It was horrid to witness…. The people with a disability struggled to cope with the extra distance. Nothing was going to change the behaviour of PFD Food Services driver. Appalling and selfish. This company apparently lacks values and community mindedness. Not recommended.

I recommend too anyone too avoid this place to work there it’s one of the worse experiences I’ve being with, poor management, staff treat you the worst manner and especially if you do offsider with PFD, I recommend don’t rely on this place

I ordered some items from this company and they showed up at a good cheap price but when I went and paid it showed in the invoice that was alot higher then what it was stated.

when this happened I called straight away to sort this price out and get the items for the right price. I called Peter Hurley the sales representative and he said he can't do anything about this.

I had made the phone call just to sort it out and all I got from him was yelling at me through the phone saying nothing can be done on his end. He tried to blame me for making a wrong order and ordering through him as no where ATM has chips available because of short supply.

would highly not recommend this company as they are no help and no respect on the phone to their customers!

I really enjoyed my seafood order through the PFD services. The salmon and prawns were great and my family had a great time enjoying them. I am not sure why there are so many complaints about the customer service. Perhaps I was lucky but I found Denise and James both exceptionally helpful and patients, and made my first purchase a great experience.

Constantly parking outside residential homes in the early morning with refrigeration unit running. One driver out of five has so far offered to turn it off. The remainder leave a lot to be desired. One Kilometer down the road is a commercial area with heaps of parking but obviously to lazy to drive the extra mile. Had to give it one star to submit this but rather would have preferred no star.
