Have engaged Parsons to repair my centralised Airconditioning system in November 2024. Informed parts would be needed and they would expedite a repair.

No response in 2024 and after me following up in January 2025, was told that my job had slipped off their radar. Again committed to following up and respond within the week.

Now 17 February and no response from the team.

Not possible to do business with these guys.

Their phone numbers also appear to be none functioning.

RIP OFF COMPANY!!!!! SAY ITS COVERED BY WARRANTY AND THEN SEND A BILL!!!
