OMG!!! We had a Waygu Rib Fillett 400g cooked to perfection for $40!! It tastes amazing. My mate got a grain fed Sirloin 300g for $22. The best Butcher / Kitchen in Brisbane. A great place to look at amazing meat and then have them cook it for you. They even have a beer cart with drinks. They perfect night out!!!

An absolute pleasure to visit The Butcher Shoppe to try the steak lunch. The 300 gram rib eye was expertly cooked and came with a fresh peppercorn sauce, chips and salad. It was very tender and char grilled to perfection. All this for $22, not a very expensive lunch at all. Make sure to visit the condiment table with all sorts of sauces, chutneys and relishes to enhance your steak.

Couldn't be more happy, second time here for dinner. Awesome to see you have a liquor licence now, the place was pumping, so good to see business in shopping centres making the most of the space. Steak was great we got the M3+ Wagyu, $35 inc chips and salad. Steak cooked amazingly, beautiful char taste to match. Sauce table highly respected. See you again soon

Honestly Impressed! I had a bacon and egg roll from the kitchen and found myself pleasantly suprised with the quality and thought behind the flavours of such a simple dish. The meats and presentation of the shop and workers were impeccable. Highly recommend!

Normally happy with the meat from here but saw a disgusting practice on 9 February 2025 (afternoon). They link their sausages into a ‘round’ for hanging. All were hanging off the bench and touching the dirty FLOOR! Shocking. When I raised it with the very young male worker (appeared about 16?), he said there wasn’t anything he could do about it. What other unsanitary practices we don’t see? Would not recommend the sausages.

First time making a purchase and I’m impressed with the presentation and selection of meat products as well as the wonderful service provided by the team. Looking forward to cooking up the boneless short beef ribs using the slow cooking method this week! Will go back for the osso bucco and bone marrow.

Been for lunch 3 times with a different steak of the day each time. And each time, the steak has been delicious! Cooked to perfection.

Best butcher in the south side for us. What we really like about them is their competitive prices and the range of products they have - from the regular cuts of meat to their own dry-age beef, smoked bacon, ham and gourmet sausages. You can also find a selection of spices, BBQ rub, sauce, or marinade at the shop too. Customer service is top notch too.
