On Thursday of last week I Purchased some gravy beef for my slow cooker. I have cooked this many times and never had a problem. On this occasion however we were not able to eat it as it was very tough and stringy . At $25 per kilogram I expected top quality meat . Unfortunately I was mistaken.
I contacted the butcher and he said there was nothing he could do about it . Very disappointing. It’s the first time I have bought meat from the Chop Shop and after my experience I shall not be back . It was an expensive mistake .

I can't fault the guys at the Chop Shop, I walk up to the Counter, ask some silly Questions about what they're selling, they answer them respectfully, sell me my Bacon and Sausages and I walk away, with my queries answered and some quality product.

I went to the count and asked for some pork chops , he then pick out the smaller ones we asked could we have the largest chops , and then it starts he held up two chops one big one small and said there all the same , I should have just gone some where else
