Hi,
Just wanted to share some photos of tiles our landscaper bought from Edenstone only three years ago. We have them in a few areas around the house and not just in the pool area. In fact, some tiles at the busiest part of our pool, but under a gazebo, have kept colour better. Appears sun bleaches any tiles that get full exposure and they have lost colour dramatically in this time. We also have found it impossible to treat bat poo without damaging the tile appearance. The company RECOMMENDS sealing them to stop this happening. I am not happy that these are not a budget tile and we expected them to keep their colour for much longer and be able to be cleaned. We can’t even replace some poo damaged tiles as the colour difference to new tiles is so extreme. I spoke to this company and they said they are not interested in my problem if I didn’t seal them. I was disappointed as the website constantly mentions quality and longevity. Surely if sealing them was so important the company would make this part of their manufacturing process perhaps. We would never again use this type of tile, and we are now faced with a huge cost to remove and replace so now having to speak to our lawyers which is more cost.

Purchased pavers from a supplier of this company, viewed a skimmer box sample on display, pavers are out of square bottoms uneven. Company says they wouldn't use for around pool.know of the issue.wont help in any way. Tried to sell more expensive pavers

I have used Edenstone pavers, garden edge and a number of different products over the years.
I had over 100sqm of pavers installed and over 100lm of garden edge and pool copping installed over 10 years ago.
These still look like they did when I bought them.
I also sealed them which they clearly recommend and continue to do so every now and then.
Highly recommend this company and their service.

Nigel and the team could not be more helpful, we had a skimmer cover paver that broke, it's 5 years old. I contacted Nigel and he said he would make me a new one. Just had to get the broken one to him. All done and sorted within a week. Thanks again Nigel, perfect customer service.
