I called the store on Tuesday and spoke to Mitch over the phone. We had a chat, and he told me the wait time for bike service was around 6 weeks. However, he advised me to bring it in the next day, so I took it in on Wednesday and saw Mitch. He sorted out my bike in 20 minutes, as it wasn’t as bad as I thought and just needed minor adjustments. Mitch was an absolute gentleman—very easygoing and polite. I would highly recommend anyone visit this store, as when I walked in, all the staff were very welcoming and polite. Thank you, Mitch, for sorting out my bike so quickly; I will definitely be back.

Just had quite possibly the best support experience ever thanks to Tim. Came in needing a new seat for my road bike, but not having great technical knowledge about what I needed or how to set it up.

Tim was patient, extremely knowledgeable and just super friendly. I was feeling quite self concious going in and those concerns were gone within a minute of chatting with him. Only store I'll use now.

We popped in to 99 Bikes at Kogarah to pick pick up a click and collect order, we had a lovely associate help us out. David was friendly and made it easy to collect our order and be in and out in 10 minutes! 5 stars, will be returning ?

Adam in the workshop is a legend.

Went in to remove my old cranks (without a booking), to which he immediately put my bike up on the stand to inspect the problem. He tried multiple methods to remove the stubborn cranks, determined to find a solution. He quickly resolved the issue, saving me days trying on my own.

Expert service and genuinely there to help. I’ll be taking my bike here in future
